• Good management and (demonstrated) ability to engage students.

• Professional conduct.

• Ability to work well with others, resolve disputes and conflicts through respectful negotiation and accept constructive feedback.

• Skilled in problem solving, resilient when faced with challenges, and adept at planning and organizing.
